Knox Day of Dialogue Continues Annual Tradition of Creating Meaningful Conversations

Knox College students from all around the world will showcase diverse food, culture, and entertainment as part of the 35th annual International Fair.
The traditional student talent show, cultural booths, and international buffet will take place on Saturday, January 30, 2016, on the Knox campus in Galesburg, Illinois. The Saturday events, which are open to the public, will consist of:
Booths
12:00 to 2:00 p.m., lobby of the Ford Center for Fine Arts
Fun and educational, the cultural exhibits are organized by Knox students and student organizations. Admission is free.
Flag Parade & Cultural Showcase
2:00 to 4:30 pm., Ford Center for Fine Arts, Kresge Recital Hall
Doors open at 1:30 p.m., and admission is free.
Food Fair
5:00 to 7:30 p.m., Seymour Union
Foods from different countries and cultures are prepared and served by students. Price is $8 (free for kids 5 and under). Students with a meal plan can use a meal swipe.
With 11% of its student body from outside the U.S., Knox has been ranked among top 25 liberal arts colleges for international diversity and among the top 50 for ethnic diversity.
International Fair is sponsored by the Knox College International Club, one of the College's largest student organizations.
