The program, run by The James S. Kemper Foundation, provides students with scholarships, practical experience, and career exploration opportunities while preparing them for leadership and service -- especially in the fields of business and administration. The James S. Kemper Foundation states on its website that it believes "undergraduate study of the liberal arts offers the best preparation for life and career."
