Knox College has again been selected by Kiplinger's Personal Finance magazine as a "Best College Value" for outstanding academics and affordability.
It's the 11th year in a row that the financial magazine places Knox among the nation's "standout public and private schools."
Kiplingers looked at more than 1,200 colleges and universities, narrowing down to 100 with best rankings in each of three categories—public institutions, private universities, and private liberal arts colleges. Knox is ranked 70th among the top liberal arts colleges, based on academic quality of the student body; affordability and financial aid; and student success, as measured by graduation rate.
"A top ranking from Kiplinger's establishes that, year after year, Knox College is fulfilling the nation's highest educational priorities, as well as meeting the critical expectations of students and families—outstanding academic quality at a reasonable cost," said Paul Steenis, Knox's dean of admission.
