Knox College Closed until Noon on Thursday, January 31

January 30, 2019 Update:

Knox College will remain closed until noon on Thursday, January 31.

There will be no morning classes. Afternoon classes will begin with fourth period at noon. Athletic facilities will open at 10 a.m. Computer labs, Seymour Library, Health and Counseling, and all other services and facilities will open at noon. The cafeteria and Gizmo snack bar will be open during their regular hours.

Due to the forecast of extreme weather, Knox College will be closed on Wednesday, January 30.  We are watching the weather and will determine by noon on Wednesday whether and when the campus will reopen on Thursday.

All classes, labs, and practices are canceled on Wednesday and all departments and offices will be closed except for those that provide student services (dining, facilities, health, counseling, and campus safety).

Also canceled is Wednesday's 7 p.m. concert "Where Africa Meets the West: Learn About South African Music and Dance featuring Michael Barrett."

Wednesday's men's and women's basketball games against Illinois College have been postponed to Thursday, January 31.
