In today's changing world, a liberal arts education is more important than ever.
In a year-end message to the Knox community, Lawrence Breitborde, dean of Knox College, discusses how Knox's educational program prepares students for life after college. "Since 2000, we -- the Knox faculty, staff, students, and Trustees -- have reinvested in Knox's greatest strength -- its academic program," he says.
"We've created a renewed curriculum that reaffirms our commitment to the liberal arts and that promotes learning across disciplines and cultures... and we've placed a greater emphasis on student research, creativity and hands-on learning outside of the Knox campus -- in short, a liberal arts education to produce the leadership and responsible citizenship for the 21st century."
This education wouldn't be possible without you -- Knox alumni, parents, and friends.
