Deans, Luetger, Miller Elected Trustees

Susan Schlaufman Deans, Steven P. Luetger and Jane Strode Miller have been elected to the Knox College Board of Trustees. All three are Knox graduates.

Deans recently retired from The Daily Camera newspaper in Boulder, Colorado, after a 30-year career in journalism. "Sue helps our students understand how they can contribute to the larger world. As a trustee, she will bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the enterprise," said Knox College President Roger Taylor.

Luetger is Senior Managing Director for Fixed Income Management of Mesirow Financial Holdings, Inc. of Chicago. "Steve has shown extraordinary management and analytical skills in his profession, and a deep support for Knox through his many volunteer activities on campus," Taylor said.

Miller is a veteran business executive who recently founded her own consulting firm, Miller Management Group, of Boulder, Colorado. "Jane brings to Knox a record of achieving strong business results, mentoring junior executives and managing teams through periods of significant change," Taylor said.
