The faculty mentor who supervised your project should signify their approval of your HORIZONS presentation by April 20. Be sure to let your faculty mentor know early that you plan to participate and that this approval is part of the process. Typically, you should plan to share your presentation with your mentor and for them to review it and work with you on it before you submit the final presentation to the Vovis Center. Your mentor will be sent a separate email once you submit the Project Registration form. The “approval” signifies that your mentor is familiar with your project and is comfortable with you presenting the topic at HORIZONS.
