Register

Registration for HORIZONS begins on February 24 and remains open until April 13. Once registered, students should submit their final poster or presentation by May 11. See below for more details:

• Phase One: Register 

  Each participant must be registered by April 13 using the Project Registration Form. A student may not register more than one project. All students in a group or pair must register separately.

• Phase Two: Mentor Approval

  The faculty mentor who supervised the student project is asked to signify their approval of the student's plan to submit a HORIZONS presentation (poster or oral) by April 20. Students should let their faculty mentor know early of their plan to participate.

• Phase Three: Submit

  All posters and oral presentations must be submitted by May 11.

  Posters must be submitted via the Project Submission Form by May 11 if you wish for the Vovis Center to print your poster for you. If you choose to print on your own, you must submit the printed poster to Vovis Center by May 13 at 4:00pm for it to be included in the HORIZONS event on May 16.

  Oral presenters must submit their powerpoint presentation slidedeck via the Project Submission Form by May 11.
